I think it looks awesome, except for one thing.

I have never seen a hydrant with a spherical body, only cylindrical.
The bolts that are used are installed from the top down.
But the ones on the bottom of yours can't be installed.

May I ask how you made the background?
I am new to povray and haven't seen this type of background before.
